Founder and Managing Director

Odid qualified as a member of CPA Australia and the Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrations. He is the Founder and the Managing Director of OL International Services Limited ("OL").
Prior to the formation of OL, he spent a decade with leading international accountancy firms and large to medium size CPA firms, where he developed comprehensive expertise across the full spectrum of professional services including IPO services, auditing, financial reporting under SME-FRF & SME-FRS, HKFRS and IFRS, tax structuring and tax compliance with strategic tax planning for listed companies, multinational corporations and SMEs.

His extensive experiences enables him to provide comprehensive advice and deep insights into his clients' business development.

Olivia Li

Senior Consultant

Olivia holds dual qualifications as a CPA Australia and Chartered Global Management Accountant. She is the Senior Consultant of OL International Services Limited.
She brings over a decade of hand-on experience in financial reporting and supply chain management in Hong Kong listed companies and pre-IPO enterprises.

Meanwhile, she leverages six years of deep research into Hong Kong education policies and insights gained from advising over 100 clients. Olivia founded her own AI-driven financial education brand. She is dedicated to leading her team with operation excellence and a vision for sustainable development, committed to nurturing the next generation of financial leaders.

Lily Hu

Lily obtains qualification of Intermediate Accounting Professional in China and professional Competence of Management Accounting.
As the PRC Regional Consultant of OL International Services Limited, she brings over 20 years of experience as a regional leader and consultant. Her expertise spans taxation, financial management, risk control and ERP system implementation for both listed companies and private enterprises in China. Leveraging her deep understanding of corporate pain points, Lily specializes in delivering high-feasibility solutions and cost-efficient PRC tax planning to help her clients optimize their business operations.

Jacqueline Chung

Jacqueline is a member of Certified Public Accountant of Hong Kong and CPA Australia. She is the Principal of OL International Services Limited.
With over ten years of experience at leading international accounting firms, SFC-licensed corporations, cyptro service providers and insurance companies in Hong Kong, she possesses expertise in accounting standards, the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) and virtual asset regulations.

Besides, she is an expertise of financial planning. She excels at crafting tailored wealth management strategies that align with the unique goals of both individual and corporate clients.
